Crypto checkout is available in the client area
When crypto payment is available for an invoice, the billing panel opens a payment page with the supported assets and networks for that specific transaction. Supported coins can change over time, so always use the options shown during checkout.
Send the exact asset, network and amount shown
Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Verify the cryptocurrency, network, destination address and requested amount before sending. Do not reuse an old invoice address or send funds to an address supplied outside the secure checkout flow.
Invoices update after blockchain confirmations
A detected payment can remain pending while the network confirms the transaction. Once the required confirmations are completed and the gateway reports the payment as completed, the Hostivra billing invoice is updated automatically.
Network and gateway fees
Your wallet or blockchain network may charge a transaction fee. The payment gateway may also apply processing fees according to the checkout shown for the transaction. The checkout total and final payment screen are the authoritative amounts.
Need help with a pending payment?
Wait for blockchain confirmations first. If a confirmed transaction does not update the invoice, contact support with the Hostivra invoice number and public transaction hash. Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key or account password to support.
